    職務内容

    Position Overview:
    An experienced public policy professional to accelerate government & industry affairs and community connections efforts in Japan. The jobholder will be responsible for planning and implementation of multiple Community Connections projects with some numerical targets, as well as for driving policy advocacy efforts in favor of system.
    This role is critical in terms of liaising between policy advocacy and community connections.
    This role will also contribute to raising system's profile and brand with relevant legislative and regulatory audiences/influencers, advancing our reputation as a trusted and respected company.
    Key Areas of Responsibility:
    1. Develop Japan's community connections strategy and implementable projects in accordance with The *** Company's global agenda. Work in conjunction with system's business teams and external partner organizations.
    2. Effectively drive forward the execution and management of individual Community Connections projects to achieve numerical targets; Monitor the implementation status, enforce appropriate adjustments and conduct comprehensive assessments
    3. Build and nurture working relationships with senior government officials and Diet members as well as industry groups, ensuring system's interests will be advanced.
    4. Monitor and analyze policy strategies and positions for system. Leverage the power of Community Connections and influence the policy agenda.
    5. Closely interface with Japan's other functions, including the Management Committee members, Legal, HR and Corporate Communications as well as bottlers, to secure the smooth implementation of the advocacy efforts.

    Requirements/Qualifications:
    . 7+ years work experience in relevant corporate position, government agency, industry groups and/or consultancy.
    . Good understanding of policy, political and decision-making processes in Japan.
    . Proven ability to network with politicians, government officials and external stakeholders.
    . Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and work constructively as a team-player who can work with various stakeholders.
    . Enthusiasm to perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks.
    . Native-level Japanese and good command of English.
    . Sense of humor.
    . Willingness to make frequent business travels domestically.
    . Relevant Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree is an advantage, but is not required.

    職務内容

    Position Overview:
    . This position is a part of Human Factors Group: in charge of Consumer Insights and Shopper Insights for Vending channel and is responsible to bring strong business insights to key stakeholders based on consumer, shopper and market researches on brand and channel
    . Lead process to deliver clear inputs to stakeholders including bottlers/customers with holistic analysis as well as DIG (discover-ideate-go to market) research and analysis throughout the year with timely meaningful research plans.
    . Enhance the impact on execution by sharing the results to external and internal stakeholders including at MC (Management Committee) meetings.
    Key Responsibility Areas:
    1)Produce holistic analysis with clear recommendations and directions for Brand and Channel SBP (Strategic Business Plan: 3 year business plan) / EBP (Executional Business Plan: 1 year plan). Deliver key findings to help lead or facilitate and actively participate in SBP/EBP workshops.
    2)Take strong initiative to identify key business issues through close interactions with brand/channel teams and other stakeholders to derive key business questions to be answered.
    3)Develop research learning plans based on DIG process and propose/execute appropriate research methodologies that will deliver clear directions by collaborating with other Strategy & Insights teams and external counterparts. It is also necessary to integrate the local needs into Global Marketing Strategies.
    4)Manage Brand/Channel research budgets to be aligned with strategic priorities of the system and enhance productivity. Manage effectively to work with the external suppliers through accurate briefing of our business/research objectives.
    5) Build supplier capability in order to maintain seamless tracking/reporting format and improve reporting quality. Enhance the impact on execution by sharing the results to external and internal stakeholders.

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
    Must have:
    . Understanding of consumer/shopper research and experience of running them
    . This includes qualitative and quantitative research, data analysis and data-grounded report writing.
    . Skills of Intellectual curiosity, Strategic thinking, Problem solving, Leadership (sharing the vision and influence others), Project management and Presentation.
    . More than 3 years of Marketing or Consumer Research experience in
    FMCG Manufacturing Company, Business Consulting Company or Consumer Research Company
    GOOD TO HAVE:
    . Business understanding on beverage and/or FMCG.
    . For agency side, working with multinational companies and/or FMCG companies is a plus
    . For client side, supervising ad/research agencies is a plus.
    . Wide range of consumer research experience is a plus.
    Minimum Educational Requirements:
    University degree .at least 4 year university degree
