Corporate Development Manager

職務内容

The Corporate Development Manager, reporting to the Head of Corporate Development, Finance, is in charge of managing all the financial aspects of corporate development

1) Assist in execution of large investment projects including M&A
・Perform financial analysis of risk and return with financial modelling for screening of projects with the business development team at initial stage or negotiation with potential partners at mid to late stages
・Manage financial and tax due diligence in M&A
・Assist in drafting and negotiating agreements including SPA, SHA and LA
・Prepare and review financial memos of the accounting and financial impact of the projects for internal investment
committees
・Support integration in finance

2) Support internal trainings for non-finance employees

3) Train and motivate one staff in Corporate Development

応募条件

・2+ years of experiences in M&A
・Analytical skills with financial modelling experience
・Basic knowledge of IFRS and Japanese GAAP, including business combinations and consolidation
・Business level English

・Experience in a multinational company, Big4 or investment bank
・CPA or equivalent certification
・Work experience in project finance
