GL Manager（Accounting Manager）

職務内容

This is one of leadership position as accounting (GL) manager. The position directly reports to Japan accounting head and work together to continue to drive the accounting operation to have higher quality as well as owning 3~5 staffs for its organization improvement. This role is encouraged to lead Japan GL operation, as well as collaborating with AP and AR teams, which has multiple entities, ERPs, and to be the change agent to lead key accounting global projects in fast-paced growing company. This position also makes high influence for all activities to protect company’s compliance risks by collaborating with related key Japan leadership teams.

The detailed role and responsibility for the assignment is as following:
・Lead accounting processes in an accurate, timely manner for monthly, quarterly, and year end closing
・Own fixed assets process and report to partners appropriately
・Take leadership to establish accounting process for new transactions aligned with GAAP/ tax regulations
・Collaborate with regional/corporate team for accurate accounting treatment agreements
・Maintain chart of accounts and collaborate with partners for any changes
・Coordinate with internal/ external auditors and other accounting members to ensure smooth audit process
・Chip in to accounting projects as well as company’s growth strategy
・Be a key team member to build a cohesive, high-performance team

応募条件

・Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
・USCPA or similar qualification
・Proven experiences in Accounting roles
・Strong command in English and Japanese
・Experience in ERP (SAP/Oracle) and analytical tools (Hyperion) is a plus
