■Purpose & Summary
・Reinforce brand awareness and build up a positive and good brand image through media, PR articles, posts by Social, Influencers, and consumer engagement. Marketing oriented PR for
brand preference, brand value, sales boost up and traffic drive to stores and e com.
・Develop and implementation the annual Brand PR (including Event), Social & Influencer plans to ensure Brand and Brand communication objectives and KPI are achieved.
・Communicate and ensure application of best practice in communication management to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
・Develop superior creative content for Japan PR and Social
・Enhance consumer centricity fueling creative development with strong cultural insights gathered locally.
・Ensure global brand consistency and adhere to high brand standards & guidelines

■Key Responsibilities:
・Management of each project consumer activation & brand PR, Social and influencer budget as set according to the brand/commercial business plan.
・Develop and implement PR, Social and influencer strategy align with Brand activation priority.
・Develop and implement Japan/collection/campaign/ product cluster specif ic initiatives, activations and brand PR and Social activities that excite the consumer and are brand appropriate and implement successfully.
・Ensure correct representation of the brand & pro ducts by executing PR and Social activities and integrating with other functions.
・Manage cooperative relation with media, PR and Social agencies and co Marketing partners, and Assistant of Press Room (internal) to increase work efficiency.
・Maximizing synergy effect with Digital Strategy, gain consumer reach, impression and engagement through all the PR and Social activation. Accelerate drive increase followings of owned social.
・Leverage of brand assets and resource by HQ. Also create comprehensive action plans that maximize publicity of our global and local assets.
・Collaborate and support on PR and social team with HQ.
・Manage campa ign result & ROI analysis.
・Manage monthly and weekly reporting including clipping.
・Manage product samples and gifting items . (incl. cost control)
・Manage agency and vendors (incl. cost control)
・Manage brand tone and manner and build connections with loyal users and influencers through Social.


■Requirements, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
・Good knowledge of full Marketing (360 degree) mix (Tie up, Print Ad, Digital Ad, OOH, PR editorials, Events, Sponsorships, Social, Influencers, Retail, Creative, CRM) with major brand or retailer
・Strong overall Marketing experience with Fashion, Re tail or other Consumer goods brands.
・Marketing (especially, PR, Social and Influencer) budget management strong negotiation skill
・Project planning & Implementat ion
・Understanding of and passion for brand/fashion/style preferred.
・Strong networking
・Expert in communication and people skills (HQ, agencies, assets, influencers, media)
・Administrative skills for report PR work : Press release, feature article development and interview opportunity development
・Administrative skills for reports Social work : Post, local assets development, localize of HQ assets
・Media relation, Media request handling

■Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications :
・University degree or higher in related fields or equivalent professional experience
・At least 5 years of experience in PR (including manage influencers) and Social and/or Communication disciplines
・Advanced in spoken and written English
・Native in Japanese language
