・ Lead 360-degree marketing organization including PR, Media, CRM, Sales Promotion,
Digital and E-commerce to drive strategic brand evolution with digital transformation.
・ Enhance brand perception and positioning as a fashion house among fashionconscious millennials.
・ Drive brand visibility, awareness, desirability, interest, engagement, purchase intention,
traffic, customer acquisition and retention, ultimately leading to further business growth.
・ Formulate locally-relevant marketing communication strategy, marketing calendar and media
plans which resonate with local target audience while aligning with global direction and brand
・ Plan and execute holistic and strategic 360 marketing campaigns and activations,
experiential events, and interactive contents to support new product launches.
・ Oversee online business strategy planning and manage P&L of Ecommerce businesses
including .com and 3rd party platforms.
・ Oversee omni-channel project to provide better customer experiences while increasing both
Ecommerce and retail store revenues.
・ Compile annual, quarterly, monthly and campaign reports to HQ, APAC and Japan
・ Partner closely with internal stakeholders including HQ 360 marketing & media, PR, CRM,
E-commerce, and IT teams and Japan cross-functional teams.
・ Manage authentic relationships with key fashion media, stylists, journalists, celebrities, and

・ Over 7-10 years of experience in marketing, digital and omni-channel transformation, and
project management in Japan and key global markets with international brands.
・ Excellent leadership, people management, negotiation, interpersonal and communication
・ Experience in managing international, multi-cultural and cross-functional teams.
