・Maintain Ccontents management system (CMS) from Catalog Registration to internal system maintenance incl. CRM
・Maintain Order management system (OMS) and other systems related to Ecom platform to sustain best business situation.
・Review and verify sales plan (Budget/Forecast - typology sales plan by category by online channels) before each buying campaign aiming at evaluating and exploiting the market’s full business potential with MD Allocator.
・Manage OTB planning in term of sales budget, inventory and target STR in order to maximize Ecom sale, to realize better customer experience with good availability, to prevent inventory risk.
・Recap and analyse the business performance from product perspective against financial plan, oversees the in-season open-to-buy forecast to ensure optimal performance is achieved
・Execute monthly promotion mechanism to achieve sales & margin target in the cooperation with Contents Manager, MD allocator under Ecom Head by setting promotion system
・Work with SCM & Logistics team to launch products in accordance with MD calendar and to improve delivery Leadtime.
・Work closely with brand merchant / marketing / inventory management / sales team, to keep transparent communication and enhance end to end management of online product thru pre-season preparation to in-season execution, be able to provide total picture sales and improve inventory utilization
・Manage Ecom platform developer (3rd party) to sustain and enhance user interface with Project Manager.
・Enhance Ecom site in term of site merchandising by proactive communication with internal (Ecom) and external team like Marketing and MD
・Manager Customer service and SLA (service level agreement) with 3rd party in order to improve customer experience.
・Over 5 years’ experience in Ecom operation, commercial planning, including forecasting and allocation.
・IT literacy as operation expert to communicate with Ecom platform and system developer. PC language is preferable.
・Exceptionally analytical skills and proven capability to use data to facilitate business decisions
・Ability to effectively communicate complex and/or controversial topics and concepts to a wide and diverse audience
・Strong knowledge of cross team calibration
・Work well independently, positive and self-motivated with a can-do attitude
・Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint is MUST. (especially Excel Formula)
・Excellent command of spoken and written Japanese is MUST
