■ABOUT YOUR ROLE：
You will the PNL owner for JP ecom business. With highly level strategic thinking and also entails execution of the daily operations of the Japan e-commerce business in Japan working collaboratively with relevant teams to ensure merchandising, marketing and inventory control are coordinated.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE：
■Align with APAC ecom strategy choice and develop JP local mkt ecom short term and longterm road map, PNL owner.
■Provide direct support to higher level in the execution of ecom business.
・Develop and execute strong promotions and marketing promotions to gain new consumers and to incentivize more purchase from existing consumers.
・Continuously identify opportunities and make recommendations to improve marketplace effectiveness by drilling into data in order to support sales, profitability and conversion rates.
・Help to secure the sales performance in line with targets.
■ Maintain Ecommerce sites and cooperate with the third-party partners.
・Maintain the Ecommerce site with the brand guideline.
・Monitor new product launch progress
・Provide agencies with all necessary information to ensure the brand alignment.
■ Inventory control
・Continuously monitor the inventory across channels to secure the sales growth under healthy stock level.
・Tidy up current EC market site and segment product offering for maximum coverage to right consumer profile.
・Cooperate with supply chain, monitor the inventory delivery status
・Help the inventory transfer in or out.
■Help the inventory transfer in or out.
・Based on the Japan ecom strategy, request the needs and share the local feedback to AHQ buying team during seasonal buying process which happens twice a year.
・Drive the performance marketing conversion from paid marketing tactics.
・Responsible for managing digital marketing budget for ecom.
・Explore new opportunities to drive quality traffic to the ecom sites.
・Continuous effort on SEO for higher visibility in search environment.
■Manage ecom CRM program
・Develop newsletter schedule and work with the third-party partner to finalize the contents.
・Plan and execute LINE message communications.
■Work closely with related team for daily operation
・Finance/Accounting: Assist payment check / apply V-buy to process invoice payment/ execute monthly accrual
■Customer Service Management
・Steer the third-party partners to operate smooth customer service operation and to solve inquiries from customers in timely manner.
■Collect related ecommerce information, including competitors and consumers.
・Tide up sales reports
・Pay attention on market trends
・Investigate on competitors’ online promo
・Improve online shopping experience
