- ・Own monthly spend, set annual and quarterly goals for the team and also track results on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis that provides insight into sales/revenue targets.
・Oversee all creative development, promotion and media buying activities, including identifying new sources of customer acquisition, researching new areas of media, creative and messaging to increase spend efficiency.
・Support the acquisition team members and continue to drive a culture of continual analysis, testing, experimentation and optimization.
・Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing team of data-driven marketers. Drive activities that inspire continuous learning of competitive activities, best in class DTC and deep understanding of target consumers.
・Collaborate regularly with other team members within Marketing (Retention , Innovation, PR, Content) to enable a high degree of integration across the planning and execution process. Build
strategic and trusted relationships across the organization, particularly with Retention Marketing, Analytics, Supply Chain, Finance, and Innovation Marketing・
・Partner with agencies and other external partners, negotiating and working to get the most for our investment and building strong long-term relationships.
- ・10+ years in DTC / performance marketing, as well as an understanding of and appreciation for how performance marketing and brand-building initiatives should work together.
・GROWTH MINDSET. Strong drive to achieve goals while embracing challenges with a STRONG GROWTH MINDSET that spreads to his / her organization and the overall company.
・Proven track record of developing and scaling successful digital (eg. SEM, Display, Social, Affliate) and offline (TV, infomercials, out of home marketing)) marketing campaigns.
・Beauty / Skin Care industry experience and passion for the category.
・A track record for hiring and developing high performing marketers in a rapidly growing organization. Strong capability at inspiring teams and people to stretch and go for BIG GOALS. Should have developed talents that have been promoted and accelerated their careers through working with him / her.
・A robust sense of test design and execution both onsite and in media.
・An eye for great creative, an understanding of (Direct Response) creative best practices, and experience collaborating with designers and copywriters to develop winning creative content.
・Extensive knowledge of key marketing metrics like LTV/CPA and an understanding of how to optimize through marketing activities.
・Strong fluency in both Japanese and English.
