外資系大手ラグジュアリー企業における【Brand Marketing Senior Manager】のポジションです。
1．Contribute to grow sales and brand equity, by developing and execute holistic marketing strategy and plans for some of key initiatives/projects assigned
2．Manage and develop capability of 1 direct report, especially on digital marketing skills
This individual will report to Senior Manager of Brand Marketing, who oversees overall Brand Marketing, not limited to the key initiatives/projects this Manager will lead.
This individual will manage 1 direct report.
1．Contribute to grow sales and brand equity, by developing and execute holistic marketing strategy and plans for some of key initiatives/projects assigned. (70%)
2．Manage and develop capability of 1 direct report, especially on digital marketing skills (30%)
- ・Solid strategic thinking, integrating both qualitative/beauty perspective and quantitative perspective.
・Robust digital marketing skills/experience at least for 2 years, incl. digital media planning/operations, ongoing KPI tracking & optimization, and media agency management.
・Holistic marketing experience at a brand end (vs. an agency end), incl. media planning, magazine (ads and tie-ins), BTL activities (events, pop-up store, etc), etc, at least for 4 years, >2 years of which is for a fashion or beauty brand(s), preferably luxury brand(s).
・People management/development experience at least for 1 year.
・Hands-on, roll-up-sleeve attitude - not only strategy/direction giving but also on execution/follow-through by himself/herself, capable of handling multiple and fast-paced tasks, with a strong sense of ownership. Proactive self-starter
・Professionally and personally mature person, with excellent interpersonal skills
・Business level English both in writing and speaking, native in Japanese
