- e-Key Account Executive plays a critical role in managing the e-commerce customer channel business and driving the qualitative growth of the assigned accounts, in line with the company vision / strategy / discipline. Working cross functionally, running the account team day to day across category management, customer service & supply chain, whilst liaising with the global team to align on core
・Full responsibility for the eCommerce account P&L and implementation of the activity plan,
including but not limited to managing sales plans and execution, brand and corporately developed activity programs presentation on retailer sites, coordination of digital marketing campaigns in
cooperation with digital merchandiser.
・Lead account management in line with our digital business strategies, to define opportunities & issues, and to initiate activities/solutions to e-commerce key customers including JBP/JVC process.
・Lead account growth by increasing RC/Eukanuba brand presence with quality under the selective distribution model scheme collaboratively working with team members and stakeholders in Pillar.
・Deliver well-managed and accurate sales forecasting by analyzing, planning, and adjusting on a weekly basis
・Build and Maintain a good relationship with customers including layers of management to achieve targets but also to nurture our vision.
・Implement and run the digital shelf improvement program into assigned retailer site whilst liaising closely with both customer’s & our digital merchandisers. including contribution reporting to the
global team and accumulating knowledge for our long-term growth.
- ■Job Specifications/Qualifications
1．Education & Professional Qualification
Degree qualified or equivalent in a business-related discipline
・At least 3 year+ e-commerce related experience ( working in EC marketplace company or in FMCG
company as an e-commerce channel sales rep )
・Solid knowledge with EC Marketplace and EC stores in Japan (store operation/ ad & promotion /
site merchandising / stock management etc)
・Ideally working experience in/with FMCG company and strong capability in successfully managing key account management
・Committed to self-development and can demonstrate a willingness to operate outside of his/her
comfort zone with an entrepreneurial spirit.
・Strong communication skills both verbal and written
・Excellent Microsoft office skills in mandatory
・Fluent in Japanese & Ideally business level English (TOEIC 700+)
