- 【Role & Responsibilities】
■E-Commerce Strategy & Project Management
・Deliver and enhance an E-Retail Strategy to increase online sales.
・Manage Brand-led E-Retail investments to maximize return on investment.
・Work closely with Brand teams, Sales team and E-Retailers to build a strategy to optimize each channel for EC and ensure cross-channel synergies.
■Direct to Consumers Business
・Operate PR Japan Drinks & Co (Direct to Consumers) platform with ongoing platform development working in close collaboration with regional team in Hong-Kong and headquarters in Paris.
・Orchestrate consumer interactions: CRM, direct communications, acquisition.
・Administrate product catalog and promotions.
■Product Information Database Operation
・Maintain up-to-date and accurate data availability on *** Japan’s product platform for e-retailers and internal product data management.
・Ensure the quality of product pages is maintained across different e-retailers.
・Adjust product information based on market trends, brand activations and other requirements from brand teams.
■Monitoring / Tracking
・Measure and report performance of all e-Retail campaigns and activities then assess against market goals.
・Perform Business Analysis and contribute to yearly budget preparation.
・Monitor top e-retail websites’ price & search ranking on a quarterly basis.
- Age: Preferably late 20s to early 30s
Education: 4-year university graduate or above
Language: Fluent in Japanese / Business Level English
・3+ years of experience in e-Commerce or e-Merchandising.
・Interest for E-Retail
・Strong ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
・Collaborative mind-set to be able to work with diverse stakeholders.
・Understanding of online media buying with a focus on transactional data (*** preferred).
・Highly organized with attention to details.
・Analytical and problem-solving skills.
■The following competencies would make the candidate more valuable, but are not required
・Proven experience of project delivery on e-commerce projects.
・Able to understand and explain complex issues and identify and communicate the situation
clearly at a high level.
・Excellent verbal and writing communication skills.
・Track record of e-commerce media investment with scalable, high ROI activations.
