You will partner with the hiring managers of our corporate office to hire best-in-class talent in a variety of departments. The primary responsibilities of this role invlude sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding jinior-,mid, and senior-level talent.
・Develop and execute a recruteing strategy to fill current openings.
・Define the most effective sourcing channels (ie.referrals, LinkedIn, etc).
・Develop and/or refine position descrition.
・Conduct full cycle recruitment activities for office based positions including drafting job description, advertisements, screening and shortlisting, interviews, final assesment, reference check.
・Enhance our employer brand values throughout all the recruiting process.
・Prepareing the poposed offer for internal apprpvals.
・Negotiate with selected candidate or agency to offer proposals in line with budget.
・Vender management and development.
・In partnership with global/Regional talent acquisition team, ensure best practice and alignment.
・build a pipeline of talent to fill furture openings as the company continues rapid growth.
・Develop intenal talent by advising team of career opppoturnities and development paths.
・Reporting KPIs(recruiteing related) to the regional office.
・Sourece temporary staff as necessary.
・Arrange recruiting advertisment for store associates.
・Facilitate new hire orientation and improvments to the process. Ensure all new employees have a consistent and effective on-bording experience, and support assimilation.
・Manage employee life-cycle including but not limited to documentation for hiring, probation review and exit interviews, nad so on.
・Support to maintain effective HC Planning.
・Support Senior HR Manager to develop HR budgets.
・Support managers to implement our performance development process (non-rating system)
・Coach managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, work with Senior HR manager to ensure issues are handled consistently with limited exposure to the Company.
・Work with Senior HR manager, design, develop and implement learning and development (including training) initiatives.
・Lead internal culture boost up initiatives.
・Lead employee helth and safty initiatives.
・Find ways to build morale, improve workplace relationships, and boost productivity and retention
・Assist or lead in ad-hoc projens.
- ・8+ years'experience in human resorces experience,ideally from retail company
・Strong interpersonal. communication and organizational skills
・Organised, attention to details, problem solving skills, high level of integrity
・Multi-task, priotritise work, responsibility and able to work independently and willling to be hands-on
・Good command of both wrriten and spoken English
・Proficient in Microsoft excel(pivot table), and good data analytical and reporting skills
・Strong knowledge of HR rules, regulations, recruiting, and payroll/benefits schemes in Japan
