- This is an opportunity for HR Total Rewards & HR Operations position.
Design, planning and administration of compensation, benefits and HR operations are main responsibilities in this role.
Both rewards which employees receives from a company and various HR life events in the firm are very important factors so that employees can engage in his duty in peace. Watching market competitiveness and/or the latest trend in the market, considering necessary and appropriate level of our services in growing company, we support these HR tasks together with global HR and Dalian HR team.
Following are main scope of our services.
- Compensation (Base pay, bonus, various allowances, etc)
- Benefits (Pension, insurances, etc)
- Operations (Joiner, leaver, leave of absence, short-time working, certificate, various HR reports/systems, etc)
- 4 years or more experience for Human Resources/Labor Management/Compensation and Benefit
Native speaker for Japanese
TOEIC Score over 700
Work experience in the situation where English (speaking, reading or writing) is frequently used for the business
Work experience in the situation where close collaboration with management or executive levels are required
