外資系一般消費財メーカーでのRegional HR Coordinatorのポジションです。

Administrative Support
・End to end responsibility for administering all HR related data including processing new starters, leavers, employee changes, leave of absence, employee status regarding work rights where applicable and other ad hoc requests using Workday
・Ensure data is accurate and maintained in Workday
・Provide information to 3rd parties as required with regards to employment status and information
・Develop, document, and maintain PS processes, knowledge base, case
management technology and service level agreements, in partnership with PS team
・Manage payroll processes applicable to countries supported including external vendor relationships where required
・Responsible for/ supports PS inbox enquiries and maintains all employee files as legally required
・Represent the People Services function at on-boarding sessions and new starter HR briefings
・Create mail merges and supporting paperwork for Salary Review processes as required
・Stationery Orders for People Services
・Archiving exited employee files, hard and soft copy
・Facilitate employee exit interviews/paperwork
・Answer queries related to Workday and assist as required
・Support the roll out of new Workday modules as directed
・Immigration/visa support applicable to the countries supported
・End to end facilitation of Recruitment as required.
・Close partnering with the RPSM, HR Business Partners and the centers of excellence for offer paperwork for potential hires, processing reference requests and handling all new starter paperwork, including supporting the new starter on their first day with on-boarding paperwork.
Employment Relations Support
・Support RPSM and HR Advisors as required with employee lifecycle events and provide note taking support for disciplinary cases
・Manage parental leave cases with support of HR Advisors where necessary
・Support and coach line managers on absence management particularly in cases of long term absence
・Manage employee and manager inquiries by researching, gathering support information and soliciting input from HR Advisors to resolve issues as needed
・Contribute to ad hoc HR projects as required
・Participate in information sharing with other members of the People Services team locally and globally
・Identify trends and share recommendations for improvement with the team
・Provide first level HR consulting and advice across all areas of the employee lifecycle including; performance, development, terminations, grievances etc.
・Assist Managers with Onboarding of new employees including our cultural training and HR systems (Workday)
・Support HR cyclical events: Performance/ remuneration reviews, development conversations, employee benefit reviews (including insurance policy renewal)
・Stay informed of key HR issues / events and policy changes that may impact inquiries and communicate information back to relevant parties
・Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Human Resources
・Preferred industry experience ? Retail, Customer Service or Hospitality
・Experience with HRIS/ATS
・HR qualification or equivalent experience
・Service delivery mindset
・Recruitment experience preferred
