職務内容

・Lead new product assessments, launch preparation including R&D process supports, with establishing and tracking key milestones

・Drive business to achieve annual sales & profit targets
 - Develop annual brand strategy & promotional plan, forecast expected sales　& profits, manage budget and execute marketing programs.
 - Support establishing sale organization and creating relationship with dealer.

・Proactively making effort to improve marketing skills

・Develop and maintain team culture of mutual trust and collaboration

応募条件

Education and Experience:

・Minimum 5 years experience as Product Manager in Medical Device company

・Experience with new product launch from R&D stage of Class IV devices
Preferable education and experience

・Bachelor’s degree required

・MBA preferred

・Good knowledge of medical device related regulations and promotional practice
Essential Skills and Abilities:

・Passion for continuous self-development

・Strong logical reasoning and analysis skills

・Good verbal/written communication and presentation skills

・Advanced Business-level English required, TOEIC score 800+ preferred

・Strong interpersonal skills with ability to develop and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
