職務内容
1. Drive for Results: Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against the agreed annual sales targets of the assigned accounts and customer segments (supermarkets, convenient store, discount stores, Drug stores, Home center, Liquor special stores) in the duty paid market.
2. Key Account Management: Draw up efficient action plans for key accounts/targeted accounts in line with the Company’s sales strategies and execute the plans, review/analysis the results and make corrective action plans.
3. Planning: Monitor and analyze sales data (sell-in, sell-out, POS data etc) of the assigned accounts and customer segment, identify and exploit sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
4. Trade Term: Propose trade terms and promotional plans to match the needs of customers while considering the Company’s sales strategies and trade term policies.
5. Thorough Execution: Thoroughly execute promotional programs and sales activities as agreed in collaboration with merchandisers. Make plans for efficient execution in time and priority.
6. Relationship Building: Build strong and effective relation with important customers (buyers, wholesalers, shop managers, etc) to optimize business opportunities.
7. Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prepare sales reports as required in a timely manner.
8. Product & Market Knowledge: Maintain and update company products information and make the customers aware of the company’s products range and market trends.
9. Competitor Analysis: Gather and understand the sales performance/activities of competitors as well as the market trend and share the information with the team members/manager and the off-trade category manger.
応募条件
Education: 4-year university graduate or above
Language: Native Japanese and no English skill required
Skill/Experience: More than 5 years’ experience as sales force in charge of national/regional off-trade key account management in the consumer goods companies or wholesalers.
Experience of 7+ years is required at senior level.
Preferred industry is food and beverage or FMCG.
Experience in alcohol beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory
