外資系企業Assistant Brand Manager案件です。

職務内容
1. Assist building the brand communication strategy for the brands under the guidance of Marketing Manager and implement all marketing programs and activities including:
1) Advertising (include Classic Media & Digital Ad)
2) Digital activities
3) Key influencer strategy
4) PR, events and sponsorship
5) POS materials (including co-ordination of logistics of existing materials for events)
6) Trade / Consumer mentoring program
2. Lead the product launch in domestic market (both limited edition and new packaging) including launch plan development, preparation of the business case, new KU registration, preparation of trade announcement, as well as back label development and logistic flow closely working with Logistic team and brand owners
3. Assist digital activation for the brands, closely working with ** Digital Studio, external partner and brand company
4. Assist Brand Manager for the implementation and execution of the communication strategy
5. Lead bartender mentoring and trade events coordination for both Malt & the White Spirits portfolio, while communicating closely with MOT activation team and sales team
6. Support to solve any issues happening around product quality, logistics, consumer & customer complaints, closely working with brand owner, logistic, SCM and sales teams
7. Prepare key brand presentations under the guidance of Brand Manager
8. Monitor and control operating costs and A&P expenditures to ensure of efficient marketing programs (manage POs & Payments for the brands)
応募条件
Education: 4 year university graduate or above
Language: Fluent Japanese and fluent English in speaking/reading/writing . must have excellent level of English, as this role requires the preparation of many English presentations
Background: Working experience at global company (Luxury Brand Company/FMCG/Advertising/PR agency/event agency) -must have Marketing background with consumer brands
Experience: More than 3 years’ experience in the field of Brand Marketing or Experience on PR, event management preferred
Key Competencies: Planning & organizing, relationship-building & coordination, logical/analytical thinking, pro-activeness, Flexibility, leadership and open-minded (flexibility is must), detail oriented to control schedule & budget
Others:high affinity with digital environment; interest in wine / food would be welcomed
