職務内容
POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Compensation Operations Analyst supports the execution, administration, analysis and reporting of compensation programs. Delivers effective and timely resolution and management of escalated inquiries and issues related to compensation processes and systems.
A successful incumbent will have strong data manipulation and analysis skills, problem solving skills and customer service to ensure successful execution of compensation programs.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
・Support the execution, administration, analysis, and reporting of compensation programs, policies, and practices
・Provide customers with high quality, effective and timely responses and resolution to escalated issues regarding compensation programs, processes and systems
・Support MIP set-up and validation, LTI quarterly nomination administration, market pricing and salary budgets, and annual reward planning
・Execute off cycle promotions, pay equity research and analysis, and data validation to successfully execute the rewards cycle
・Provide compensation reporting, analysis and data support throughout the organization
・Test, audit and maintain HRIS systems (Workday, PeopleFleunt and PeopleSoft)
・Ensure processes and procedures are clear and understandable
・Works with the Compensation COE, BU and Region compensation teams and AskHR teams to achieve solutions/improvements for all processes/tasks performed in Compensation Operations and pro-actively works on an efficient info flow between all parties

■BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME
EDUCATION REQUIRES:
・Bachelors degree
・Business level fluency in English and Japanese is essential
YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:
1+ years of experience in human resources, finance, accounting, or data analysis with a Bachelor's Degree
■DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
・Experience with software and systems, including PeopleFluent and Workday and functions of Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
・Functional knowledge of HR and compensation software applications. Basic knowledge of the HRMS/HRIS functionality and general best practices.
・Experience working on projects in a team environment from across multiple sites in a dynamic and fast-paced environment supporting a highly matrixed organization
・Experience using analytical, statistical and problem solving techniques, tools, and methodologies
・Strong problem solving skills
・Excellent written and verbal communication skills
・Ability to quickly learn and utilize HRIS system functionality and data reporting capabilities
・High degree of accuracy and confidentiality
