- ・Lead an agile team of digital and marketing experts to drive digital sales through traffic generation.
・Continuously drive performance improvement to maximize marketing ROI
・Driving active portfolio of campaigns and initiatives to hit yearly sales / traffic target for given media spend
・Brief agency partners on campaign and media planning, assess proposals and guide excellence in delivery
・Execute, monitor, measure campaigns
・Iterative A/B tests and assessments
・Reviewing campaign results and insights, incorporating into next campaign cycle
・Expand the existing advertising funnel through driving special initiatives such as new partnerships.
・Work closely with Analytics and Website teams to share insights, improve customer journey and drive conversion to sales.
・Maintain the team at the cutting edge of marketing technology adoption through advocating for and implementing key initiatives.
・Ensure continued training and career development of the team.
・Liaise with internal and external stakeholders locally, regionally and globally to drive the Japan digital and direct sales success.
- ・5 years+ experience in digital sales and marketing
・Track record of leading and developing a digital sales and marketing team
・Experience planning and managing campaigns across platforms (listing, display, social, video) with an effective digital PDCA process
・Experience guiding and managing the creation of ad creatives focused on sales, either directly or through external consultants
Proven ability to drive value through constant test & learn programs
・E-commerce and/or lead generation experience a must
・Strong technical qualifications
・Hands-on experience driving business value through Adobe Marketing
・Suite, Google Analytics and Google Ads; Yahoo Ads; Facebook, YouTube etc.
・Good visual sense
・Japanese fluency essential
・English proficiency a definite plus (role offers the opportunity to coordinate with international peers and global centers of excellence)
