- .Handle all the research related projects, while managing the relationship at local and global level with a research specialist.
.Analyze/Share/Report all the collective data and research result to support management level to make the strategic decision.
.Brand image, Retail & Product research:
-Coordinate global research projects with HQ research team and local divisions.
-Lead/manage local research projects based on the request & brief of the divisions. (Mystery shopper, Campaign evaluation etc).
-Develops analysis of business, and/or statistical data to support key business plans and actions.
-Oversee all data collection and management, reporting and data visualization, for development of BI analytics and KPIs while monitoring the quality and accuracy.
-Build and lead customer intelligence project, collaborating with the divisions and external specialists for the data-driven insights to increase total customer value.
-Develop, maintain and broaden internal and external knowledge and network, to have the most updated knowledge on trend, data and technology.
- .A minimum of 10 years of professional work experience in marketing and/or research.
.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills including experience with survey design, execution and analysis of results.
.Knowledge of industry trends, advancements, methodologies and best practices.
.Strong process, project and vendor management skills with successful experience partnering with cross-functional teams.
.Excellent knowledge of new and traditional research methodology.
.Self-initiative and independent contributor.
.Native in Japanese, business level of English.
.Good understanding of beauty & fashion products, and luxury business.
