1.Learning Management System (LMS)
**’s global LMS is Cornerstone, and forms part of our blended learning offering for all employees. Your responsibility is to:
-Manage the LMS Learning Calendar ensuring all events, both classroom and online, are set up correctly and accessible for registration
Manage and promote the LMS for participant registration for all events, all brands
-Manage the participant learning records, ensuring the LMS is being used to record all participant learning attendance
-Monitor the completion of mandatory compliance e-learning programs,
sending reminders to employees and/or Managers, and reporting on
completion to senior group executives as required
-Work with IT to troubleshoot any system issues and elevate for L3 support as required
-Become and act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the LMS, providing advice to the business partners as necessary, and promoting use to new employees as part of new comer orientation
-Maintain the LMS user guide ensuring this document is updated on an
on-going basis
-Manage e-learning catalogue of offerings
-Maintain a strong partnership with the E-learning specialist representative at Richemont group level, ensuring regular contact and dialogue.
2.New Comer On Boarding
-Arrange all logistics and co-ordination in relation to new-comer orientation, including, but not excluded to; room booking/technical equipment, catering, participant invitations, program agenda, participant materials, co-ordination of facilitators, pre and post communication, and post evaluation survey
-Continually review and make recommendations for enhancements to the
NCO program format
-Update facilitator power point presentations (or equivalent) as required
-Keep abreast of changes to program by Global team, and make
necessary updates to our local program to reflect these changes
-Ensure that the learning environment is always focused on both maximising learning outcomes and ensuring a positive environment participants
3.Budget Management & Invoicing ( L&D / Campus )
-Submit approval estimate application (RINGI) and create purchase orders as required
-Arrange for new vendors to be set up and approved within our finance process
-Ensure all invoices are processed, costs allocated appropriately and submitted to finance in a timely manner for payment
-Work with finance to monitor L&D budget, ensuring it is in line with year-todate targets
-Continually look for opportunities for cost efficiencies and review of current practices

4.Learning Vendor Management
-Communicate on an on-going basis with various external learning vendors ensuring they have the necessary information to deliver programs and act a aligned representative and partner of Richemont
-Track vendor fee/cost structure ensuring it is consistent with other offerings in the market
-Provide participant feedback to vendors and provide recommendations

5.Training Preparation & Logistics
Ensure all Learning events are set up for success through:
-Identifying event space, catering, printing of learning materials, room setup
-The marketing and promotion of the learning catalogue and specific
learning events
-Manage Learning event feedback and evaluation, and share as necessary with relevant HRBP’s and/or Managers
-Support TM & L&D Manager with learning needs analysis’s, and the design of new learning sessions
-Manage the learning communication on the company internal intranet
-Manage and co-ordinate adhoc training requests

6.Assist with Talent Management projects
Career Committee:
-Support and understand well of procedure and input data to Key persons
-Facilitate the Career Committee, fill development plan to connect the future talent program and results of the career committee PMP
-Manage Learning procedures and evaluation, and share as necessary with relevant HRBP’s and/or Managers

-Assist with projects as required
-Provide a high level of service to all stakeholders ensuring responsiveness, a proactive approach to problems/issues and high levels of professionalism at all times.
-5+ years working within Learning & Development, E-Learning, HR, or a related field
-Strong internal customer focus and commitment to continuous improvement; ability to work proactively establish effective working relationships
-Strong communication skills, and proven ability to proactively identify problems, and/or provide realistic business solutions
-Ability to multi-task and work on competing priorities at one time
-Proven organizational skills, project management experience desired
-Strong influencing & negotiation skills
-A keen focus on delivering business results.
-Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
-Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
