職務内容
THE ROLE:
The Manager will report to the AVP, Employee Engagement, Japan.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
maintaining, upgrading, and improving the intranet platform(s) as the centre of the employee experience, across all employee groups, including non-employed agents
partner with IT, external vendors and internal colleagues to develop and maintain the on-demand functions of the new “**” video gallery, including partnering with Communications colleagues to use this channel as an effective engagement tool
develop and manage robust email tools to support the overall employee engagement strategy
develop and deliver channel policies and training modules for staff
connect the work of all Communications colleagues to create and robust stream of content across all channels

This individual must be able to analyze country and business strategy, develop communication plans and execute them through influence and guidance of internal parties. This individual must understand and manage the complexities of building and expanding relationships across a wide range of stakeholder groups and be able to distill Japan specific projects into user-friendly, low-resource, highly effective employee engagement tools for the country.

Assertively maximize the usage of internal communication channels to support the Communications strategic agenda to assist in achieving and shaping positive business outcomes through engaging employees in the success of the company
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the freshness, relevance, and up-to-date nature of all content on internal channels
Work effectively through shared processes with others at all levels within the organization
Effectively manage and deliver communication through a variety of channels including current and emerging communications technology
Manage external agencies

応募条件
Business Knowledge/Technical Skills:
At least 10 years of experience in communications/public relations. Agency experience is a plus.
Experience working with senior executives and providing communication counsel and strategy
Track record of success in managing and innovating communications approaches through a variety of channels
Ability to work effectively in situations that involve highly confidential information
Experienced in traditional communications channels, new media channels and social media, with demonstrated results in using them internally to engage all staff to create a cohesive culture
Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and English
