Sales Account Manager
- This person is in charge to manage and develop business opportunities for our 3D product lines in the commercial, research and academic in the fields of Life Sciences and Biomedical markets. He/she analyzes major opportunities, prepares strategies/account management plans; influences management and individuals to obtain resources needed to achieve agreed upon sales strategy, plan and goals. He develops and implements effective utilization of resources to maximize the business potential of assigned accounts to achieve business objectives and personal goals. The person may need to work in future in other markets such as materials science and/or industrial expectation, as well as sell in foreign countries of APAC.
・Identifies potential customers and evaluates need resulting from market/territory analysis; and financial ability compared to offerings in product, solution, services, as well as solution availability.
・Prepares/recommends and implements sales strategy that may involve: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, proposing, closing and installing.
・Plans, prepares and implements routine announcements and ensures presentations to prospects are effective.
・Effectively and efficiently utilizes resources such as application and system engineering to meet customer needs and increase sales in the assigned territory.
・Develops and delivers sales presentation; conducts consultative meetings with customers; and participates in ensuring that technical and service requirements are met.
・Identifies/recommends strategic sales direction. Stays current with competition and potential solution offerings. Identifies need for special research projects. Forecasts sales orders from assigned accounts.
・Identifies competitor's activities.

- ・Typically requires experience in interacting and selling business software and/or professional services and solutions to universities commercial and research organizations.
・Sales experience in software is a plus.
・Knowledge in any or all of the following fields of 3D: 3D CT systems, MRI, Microscopy, 3D CT scanning services, 3D Software solutions, quality compliance with Digital technologies. Other like industrial 3D CT inspection, industrial 3D CT metrology, 3D measurement and analysis are a plus.
・Knowledge about 3D pre-clinical/clinical imaging and/or 3D structural, cell biology.
・Excellent communication and presentation skills. Prior experience in using effective networking and negotiation techniques. Must have ability to understand and explain company products and potential applications; Demonstrated proficiency in leading and participating in a distributed team environment.
・Experience in the research market institutes and academic is a major plus.
・Experience in materials science or industrial markets are a plus.
・Should have a working knowledge of universities, research and company products, policies and operational procedures and the ability to understand and explain relevant technical issues.
・Ability to use reporting tool (CRM tools) and sales and strategy method.
・Japanese (mother tongue) and English (fluent), Korean is a major plus
・About 35% travel is required
