・Responsible for partering with Global IT members to implement the the strategy and solutions from Global IT toestablishe a Infrastructure IT Plan
・Responsible for IT compliance for local infrastructure services
(e.g. antivirus, patch management, license management, incident management)
・Provide governance to local organization based upon global HW / SW / process / solution standards. Align on local solutions with Regional and Global infrastructure team prior preceding local solution implementations.
・Management of local infrastructure budget and control of global infra allocations (See Accountabilities)
・Contribute to innovations, being in contact with users and consumers to propose new ideas, contributing to business success and customer satisfaction.
・Manage external services and drive sourcing discussions for IT services.
・Manage external relationships with key customers and suppliers and look for efficiency gains (Accountablities)

・Bachelor’s Degree, or
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
・Proven business process analysis skills - ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, document findings, draw valid conclusions and propose solutions.
・Strong understanding of business processes in consumer product and manufacturing industries.
・Knowledge of the application deployment life cycle with strong analytical, systems and structured analysis, and social skills and with the ability to view issues and requirements from a business perspective.
・Ability to manage and lead effectively in a team environment, coordinating multiple tasks in parallel.
・Project management knowledge and experience.
・Ability to effectively interact with all levels of business via phone, written communication and in person.
・Management and leadership skills.
・Strong written communication abilities with fluent written and spoken English
・Retail domain experience (desired skill, not necessary)
・Knowledge of ERP, E-Commerce, POS and Supplier Portal systems a plus
・SAP, Aptos experience (desired skill, not necessary)
