外資系コンサルティングファームの【Finance Business Management (Japan Geographic Unit)Specialist】ポジションです。

職務内容
The role is a key part of the Japan FBM team acting as the Geographic Services (GS) and HR SPOC for Japan and providing financial management support to the GUFD.

Responsibilities include executing financial processes, effectively managing operational costs, ensuring accurate financial recording/reporting of activities, analysing monthly/quarterly results to identify issues that require further action and provide solutions, as well as making annual plan and monthly/quarterly forecasts.

■Key GS SPOC responsibilities include:

- Provide financial analysis and business advice to the GS lead and function leads
- Proactively help the GS/HR Lead and function leads to define a strategy to challenge the balance of service level and cost
- Understand the business strategy and execution plan for GU overall business needs relationship with local country controller, GU/country, and Geo GS domain
- Provide process, reporting and operations support for the GU
- Analyse the GS/HR /Country Controllership cost spend to develop accurate annual plans and quarterly forecasts
- Oversee GU GS quarterly forecast process teaming with the CSG SPOCs to understand how the GS cost structure balances to the growth of the GU
- Review and analyze monthly financial reporting/results for the geography (GS perspective)
- Conduct monthly result meeting with GS Lead providing guidance and coaching on spend trends and other metrics


■Other key GU FBM responsibilities include:

- Support the GUFD in managing the Geo investments and tracking spend against budget
- Provide ad-hoc financial support to the GUFD as required
応募条件
- 2 years plus experience in financial forecasting and analysis
- Knowledgeable of general accounting concepts and US GAAP
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Word and Power Point
- Knowledgeable of SAP BR & R3 modules
- Proactive and diligent working attitude
- Strong problem solving, analytical and communication skills
- Native Japanese and strong English communication skill
- Ability to deal directly and effectively with executive leadership
- Ability to produce timely and quality deliverables
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload
