- Marketing Strategies, Plans and execution
1.Conduct marketing & communication campaigns on new key product launches and on existing collections while coordinating with all other departments (Retail, E-Commerce, Communication, CRM, VMD and Merchandising) and Central Headquarters. Make sure information is properly relayed.
2.Strategic planning (where we are, where we go, brands & product knowledge).
Identify potential long-term opportunities (sources of future growth, forward thinking)
Shape the market offerings
1.Sales analysis process: follow-up of business activity by product category and recommend action plans, monthly and ad-hoc reporting.
2.Product portfolio management: novelties vs. product life cycle management, etc…
4.Investigate on the market trends (competitors’ offering, market expectations) to propose new product opportunities.
Provide insight on quality, design, packaging, service, sales technique, etc.
Connect with clients
Reinforce client knowledge: identify customer segmentation & client targets for new campaigns together with CRM
Create the best value for market targets, understanding their behavior, lifestyle, and purchasing patterns
Ensure communication & sales support
1.Be the key interlocutor and support for boutiques concerning his/her products. Build up relationship with retail staffs.
2.Provide support to communication team for press presentations and other communication activities.
3.Make presentations to partners (gaishos, Department stores, etc.) on specific topics: High Jewellery events, fairs, new collections…
4.Maximize, optimize and participate in any sales channel actions: OTC, Non-OTC, e-commerce…
