職務内容
Purpose of the role:
The role is required to directly support an essential part of the group’s global corporate strategy 2015-2020. The incumbent will support strategic sourcing and spot buy activities within the country and act as a change management agent to assure end-user awareness, implementation of signed agreements and acceptance by the specific entity.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1)Strategy and Operations:
*Coordinate and participate in the execution of the contract implementation
-Coordinate local contract implementation tasks with SSC indirect procurement, the respective suppliers and our requestors
-Promote the use of global/ regional contracts by our stakeholders on a local level
*Support strategic sourcing initiatives or spot buys
-Provide input on local spend situation and category practices (including insights on local supplier market)
-Gather and clarify local requestors' requirements (specifications, preferred suppliers, budget, delivery periods, legal aspects, etc.)
-Support local supplier qualification assessment by considering their capabilities to manufacture specified industrial components or provide services (based on customized on-site processes and focused on suppliers technical execution)
-When routed from a spending category manager / spot buyer, resolve claims and issues with purchase requests, specifications, and purchase orders
*Execute urgent spot buys ensuring PO issuing and delivery tracking
-For urgent cases, organize spot buy events as per defined process and selection criteria
-Overview issue of respective purchase order (based on approval of spot buy results) and track timely delivery with the supplier
*Enable and manage electronic catalogues
-Responsible for the catalogue enablement in the local ERP system, training of internal stakeholders, and tracking of compliance
-Periodically monitor electronic catalogues and contracts and revise as needed
-Ensure relevance, accuracy, and integrity of electronic contracts and catalogues
-Work together with Category Managers and Spot Buyers to assess the needs for further automation of used buying channels
2)Influencing and building a sustainable organization:
*Lead service awareness and promote indirect procurement activities to business
-Manage awareness of business stakeholders on PSC related services and systems through trainings, Q&A sessions, follow-ups
-Define needs and execute customer change management activities around process, organization and systems capabilities
*Act as a single point of contact for indirect procurement function in a region or country
-Guarantee efficient use of the purchasing systems by all users providing them assistance when necessary and training them to use correct buying channel in the future
-Act as a link between the Triumph business stakeholders (requestors, approvers, management) and indirect procurement
3)Performance Measurement:
*Will be subject to predefined KPIs according to performance management concept

-Solid understanding of Procure to Pay processes and buying channels
-Ability to support Triumph business stakeholders (requestors, approvers, management) through effective negotiations, communication and behaviour
-Ability to effectively apply processes & policies and motivate compliance amongst our requestors
-Ability to navigate, maintain, and manage electronic contracts and catalogues
-Broad knowledge across different business functions within our company
-Strong knowledge of our systems (ERP and other relevant ones, e.g. category specific systems)
Fluent Japanese and English skills
