- ・Buying: participate in buying session in Paris 4 times a year, and execute buying in accordance with HQ strategy, as well as taking into account local demands, for seasonal products. Convey local needs to HQ marketing team.
・Inventory management: Maintain appropriate inventory level for carry-over products, by submitting monthly sales forecast and target stock. Liaise closely with HQ supply chain team for sufficient and timely replenishment.
・Product management: Build effective product launch and allocation plan, based on HQ strategy, with an understanding of each store typologies, specific local seasonality, and promotion activities. Partial E-commerce and outlet business are also in the scope for this area.
・Reporting and Analyzing: Create weekly, monthly reports, and optimize and execute the action plan, led by the analysis, in liaise of other departments.
・Qualitative feedback: communicate regularly product feedback and customer needs, as well as competitor analysis.
・Product training: conduct product training 4 times a year, ensuring to cater product knowledge and strategies of the season.
・Product master data management: ensure correct codification and pricing between HQ system (SAP) and local system (AS400).
- ・Leather goods and accessories merchandising experiences for short and mid-term (3 to 5 years)
・Deep knowledge of leather goods business, preferably in luxury fashion industry, with fashion sensitivity
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
・Multitasking and capability of priority setting in appropriate manner
・PC skills are mandatory, especially on Excel and PowerPoint
