- ・Achieve and drive assigned business goals and objectives including sales, inventory, and gross margin for the designated merchandise category.
・Support GMM in the buying process by providing detailed product analysis, and accurate buying tools.
・Manage all Product Reports and deliver accurate sales analysis to determine underlying trends in which to help make better buying decisions.
・Manage and be accountable for the stock of the continuative and seasonal collections
・Review stock replenishment in weekly basis with GMM and Senior Merchandiser to ensure sufficient inventory levels are maintained and appropriate.
・Plan inventory flow on key items, suggesting reorders based on sales trend and stock levels.
・Create and execute detailed daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal merchandise reports.
・Identify and recommend opportunities to improve sales performance through stock transfers or reorders.
・Lead Monthly Re-order Meetings by reviewing spend, forecasted sales & inventory.
・Forecast by SKU sales and inventory plans for all continuative products by month determining the reorders required based on OTB.
・Liaise with Head of Merchandise Planning in HQ to ensure global company strategies are aligned.
・Prepare and create daily sales phasing per store per category.
・Ad hoc reporting needs for GMM and President, etc.
・Create OTB for seasonal collections
・Preparation of budget submission
- ・Bachelor's Degree
・Ability to understand, read and write in English.
・Advanced level Excel, Access and MS office
・3-4 years retail planning experiences
・Experience in Luxury Retail and Retail Pro systems a plus
・Experience in using SAP.
