- ・Develop and sustain EHS management systems (local laws, the company policy and OHSAS18001) to drive compliance, accident/incident prevention and environmental performance.
・Act as day-to-day EHS liaison with laboratory organizations assisting in the execution of their EHS plans.
・Keep up to the updated information of national, and local environmental, health and safety regulations and identify all requirements that apply, or may apply, to the laboratory facility.
・Planning & operation of EHS educational program and laboratory-specific technical training.
・Operation & management of various application documents and notification stipulated in legislations (including general / special health examination, etc.)
・Maintenance of lab devices, equipment and machines.
・Manage laboratory and office renovation.
・Asset inventory management
・Collaborate with internal support function, and manage relationships with landlords, service providers and governmental office.
・Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, safety, environmental science or comparable field or the equivalent knowledge.
・Over 5 years of professional EHS experience, especially for chemical & mechanical field.
・Knowledge of EHS related regulations and procedures.
・Good communication skills in both English and Japanese (TOEIC 800 and above).
・Qualified person of Category #1of Hygiene Manager
・Experience in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
・Facility management experience.
・Disaster Prevention/ Fire Prevention Officer
・Dangerous Goods Supervisor and/or Waste Handling Manager
