Business Marketing Manager
- The key responsibilities of Business Marketing Managers are below:
・Lead the business marketing team - over 10 direct reports which consist of Field Marketing specialists, Technical Sales specialists and Clinical scientist. Need to grow the individual talents as well as team.
・Define the business strategy, annual budget and mid-term growth plan of own business with global business managers.
Be responsible for the accomplishment of top-line and bottom-line targets (Order intake, Sales and integral margins).
・Build and execute the marketing plan - translating the marketing strategy into concrete go-to market plan such as internal and external promotions, events, new product introduction (NPI) etc.
・Optimize sales, market share and integral margin of IGT Systems through the portfolio management and pricing control.
・Monitor and report the regional iXR market trend, competitive status, market price and win/loss status etc.
・Build and manage the relationship with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) of each clinical segment.
Fluent English - Be able to communicate with oversea business managers and colleagues.
Experience in the industry - having minimum 5 years experiences in the industry
