Market Warehouse&Distribution Coordinator

- -Responsible for managing the market warehouse(s), in line with Edgewell company policies. Ensure that standard procedures are properly maintained at warehouses.
-Manage the performance of the 3rd party W&D service provider to achieve the agreed task & KPI target, publish KPI report and follow up the corrective action, including but not limited to: monitor inventory accuracy, on time goods receiving and dispatching, compliance on local country requirements/ shipment of Dangerous Goods/Hazardous Materials…
-Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual W&D budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances against budget; initiating corrective actions.
-Assist in the contract review, 3rd party W&D service provider performance review and possible RFP process. Search and provide necessary information from local market, support business analysis & decision.
-Work with trade compliance team on regularly review of country regulation, item registration and other local requirement.
-Assist to implement on suitable best practices related to warehousing, transportation and distribution improvement projects in market.
-Support on local Cost Improvement Program, Initiate and assist W&D related CIP and track / report the progress and financial results.
-Accountable for optimizing the inventory level of assigned product segments and achieving inventory goals by balancing production / supply with demand forecast.
-Identify capacity / supply and / or inventory issues (both up and down) enough in advance to allow controlling customer orders.
-Liaise with internal / external parties to maintain a smooth supply chain operation and take corrective actions against obstacle inventory issues to achieve annual inventory goals without sacrifice customer service level.
-Assist in maintaining and improving smooth and effective total supply chain network. Key support area includes Supplier Management.
-Support team initiatives / best practice and improve business processes, and track the progress and key measures. Key measures include DII, Supply Plan Performance, SLOB Value and Ratio, and Item Master Data Accuracy. Monitor performance on a monthly basis for taking action to correct issues.
-Maintain accurate item master information to the system to capture the right product information.
- Must Have / Preferred Education：
・Materials Management/ Business Administration / Supply Chain Management/ Logistic or Transport
・Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Mgt; Business Administration; Material Mgt, Logistic or Transport;
・Interpersonal & Communication Skills
・various office applications
・Proficient in both written & spoken English
・Good and attention with details (numbers)
・experience in warehouse & distribution management.
・Supply Chain Association
・APICS certification is a plus
