外資系生命保険会社のBusiness Architecture Division/Business Architect のポジションです。

・The Business Architect will report to the Business Architecture Division Manager and will be responsible for supporting the Business Architect Division Manager to translate corporate and functional strategies into a strategic execution roadmap. As a member of the Business Architecture Division you will provide architectural oversight of project solutions, ensure requirements are in alignment with business strategies, develop project mandates and identify and implement efficiencies across core end-to-end cross-functional business processes. This position will work closely with the other divisions within the Transformation area (i.e., Portfolio Management and Project Management divisions) as well as C-level executives and other divisions involved in delivering change, including, but not limited to, Enterprise Architecture and Solution Delivery divisions.
・Align the change portfolio with the company's strategic objectives, and work with C-level executives and their teams to translate business visions/strategies into an execution roadmap
・Identify and analyze the gaps between strategic objectives and the business' ability to meet those objectives, and propose change initiatives to fill those gaps
・Assess as-is capability maturity levels and define to-be capability requirements
・Identify and describe core end-to-end business processes, and take ownership for enhancing efficiency and effectiveness of those processes
・Conduct analyses to determine best path for solving business problems/opportunities, including process improvement, systems enhancement, etc.
・Ensure continuous alignment between business architecture and data, application and technology architecture
・Provide architectural oversight of project solutions and ensure requirements are in alignment with business strategies and business architecture framework
・Ensure solution design is aligned with business and technical architecture principles, and meet the change objectives
・Review project conformance to business framework and methodology
・Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques (e.g., business motivation models, value streams, scenarios, capability models, etc.)
・Strong understanding of business strategy, core insurance processes/capabilities, and supporting technologies is a plus
・Extensive experience planning and deploying both business and IT initiatives
・Ability to understand functional interdependencies and identify and resolve structural issues within the organization
・Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization
・Demonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making and strategic project thinking
・Excellent oral and written communication skills
・Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with stakeholders from all levels
・Ability to network and influence stakeholders, with clear communication and relationship skills
・Ability to challenge, with high levels of ownership, organizational skills and attention to detail
・Bilingual Japanese and Business Level English
・Energetic and positive in attitude; can do mentality to all task; dynamic and flexible
・Ability to deal with conflicting situations
・Able to work independently in a timely manner
・Good communicator at all organizational levels-clear, concise and personable
・Handles well in high stress situations and tight timelines
