マーケティングマネージャー（Japan and Korea）
The Japan and Korea Country Marketing Manager is a critical leadership function. It involves close and collaborative work with the regional functions, your peers across Greater Asia, and the Japanese and Korean leadership team.
You will report to the Regional Marketing, Category and SCI Director, Greater Asia, based in Singapore. You will have a dotted line to the Commercial Director Japan.
・Financials：Delivering on the growth and other financial objectives for Japan and Korea.
・Strategy：Building and executing the Marketing and category strategy for Japan and Korea, supporting the region growth objectives.
・Country Category initiatives：Close and collaborative work with Commercial and technical teams to map customer needs and identify growth opportunities; Leading derived business development initiatives from definition, design and planning, to commercialization at key customers in Japan and Korea;
・Regional Category Initiatives：*** has a number of regional initiatives. The role will involve regional accountability over one or more regional category initiatives.
・Branding：Execute the global brand strategy for Japan and Korea, building the brand image and maintaining brand standards.
1.Support business intelligence, from competitor data to trends development and market data.
2.To generate data briefings (marketplace, customers, periodicals, consumer insights) and trends presentations supporting *** value propositions.
3.Support regional marketing activities including sharing JP trends, market information and innovative products.
4.Direct involvement with major customers, through innovation workshop management, trend presentations, proactive project management.
5.Empowering G2M functions with relevant G2M material and training.
・Sensory and Consumer Insights - Train commercial and technical function on targeted methodologies to leverage in Japan and Korea; Sell benefits to customers and develop relevant projects supporting customer success; Leverage Regional expertise to deliver new value proposition and project inflow into your market.
・Building, managing and leveraging knowledge ? Contributes to building *** knowledge and making it easy to leverage for G2M functions; Leverage knowledge from outside into Japan, as well as advertising Japan initiatives outside.
All activities geared towards delivering value to our customers and relevant tools for our customer facing functions, ultimately supporting *** growth and success in Japan and Korea.
- Required Skills
・Bachelor or Master's Degree in Marketing, Food Technology or any other relevant discipline
・Command strong English communication and presentation skills
・Food Technology background with knowledge of food systems
・Creative flair in design
・Excellent PowerPoint skills
・Passion for food
・Willing to challenge the status quo and lead change
・Ability to be creative and generate high quality marketing collateral
・Strong team player
・Self-starter who can manage deadlines
・High level of energy and enthusiasm
・Independence or entrepreneurship
・At least 5-7 years overall marketing experience in B2B environment or FMCG industry.
・Marketing or business development experience in the Flavor & Fragrance Industry.
・Leadership, management or coaching experience.
・Strong project management experience.
