- ・Lead and direct the related business unit(s) of Customer Service community.
・Manage performance and budget of the related business unit(s) of Customer Service within Japan.
・Drive actions that directly contribute to achieving sales, profit, and growth targets by offering services that meet customer needs which are in line with regional, country, and business unit strategies.
- ・Education: Bachelor's Degrees in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field. Certification in APICS is highly recommended. Ability to speak both Japanese and English are also required.
・WorkingExperience: Ten (10) years in supply chain area, with five (5) years in leadership/management position. Project management skills required.
・Technical & Professional Knowledge: Developed in project management with an ability to effectively negotiate with commercial, functional unit, and regional. Thorough knowledge of sales process and OTC process, sales and operations planning, material requirements planning, inventory control theory and practice, transportation, distribution, 3rd party logistics. Good understanding of the products / services offer in a responsible area.
・Working knowledge of SAP R/3,MRP, and MS Office are also required. Conceptual knowledge of APO.
