自動車用フロントエンドモジュール生産に関する品質管理・保証業務全般。製品（フロントエンドモジュール）品質の評価、問題点の解析、対策の立案、結果フォロー。サプライヤー品質の評価・管理・指導

a. The position supports QAD users (incl. but not limited to, Customer Business Group, Finance,
Materials Management, Manufacturing, PD) for their day-to-day operational needs and
drives system improvement and its implementation.
b. The position is also requested to facilitate the rollout of the upgraded QAD’s MfgPro software
in Japan.
c. The position reports to IT Manager in Japan and indirectly to AP QAD Launch manager

a. More than 3years in plant operations role utilizing ERP/MRP systems (preferably Japanese auto industry) (QAD experience is desirable), including some (not all) of the following;
manufacturing and/or shop floor error proofing system, Demand Management cycle,
Production scheduling, Understands the role of key master data settings, which impact
schedules and MRP runs, Lean manufacturing; including kanban, Barcode/RF experience,
Lot traceability, receiving process.
b. English capability (reading and writing)

■Responsibilities:
・Build and Maintain solid relationships with key contacts at OEM accounts
・Present Complete Corporate product portfolio offering to appropriate contacts
・Act as a key member of the Global Team and coordinate all such information to the responsible Global Region (Asia, NA, Europe) … coordinate meetings/ key information/ strategy/ business planning/ customer visits/ etc. … all on a timely basis
・Coordinate Customer Tech shows/ exhibits with respective division.
・Coordinate competitive product benchmarking activity on key products targeted for business opportunities
・Interface with local Engineering Manager on all product requirements for design/ deliverables/ performance/ testing/ validation/ etc.
・Coordinate all RFQ’s/ RFI’s appropriately to the respective Business Lines/ KAM region
・Participate in all pricing strategy on a product-by-product basis (for each OEM)
・Plan opportunities for inclusion in 5 Year Business Plan
・Update the short term and long term business plan on a regular basis
・Guide the Business Lines toward opportunities that are consistent with core competence
・Lead Quote Kick Off meetings/ Prepare all Quotes/ Deliver and Review Quotes at Customer
・Prepare and Participate in Weekly Staff meeting
・Prepare and Participate in Bi-Weekly Sales meeting
・Prepare and Participate in Quarterly Asian/ New Domestic Focus meeting
・Maintain Sales database for management reporting of sales opportunities
・Forecast trends/ markets/ regulations/ technology rollouts
・Provide annual forecast for products in serial production
・Provide knowledge on product target pricing and competitor pricing

■Requirements:
・Engineering Degree (EE or ME) preferred
・Advanced Business Degree is a plus
・At least 10 years experience with Automotive Electronics
・At least 5 years experience with managing Asian OEM Automotive accounts
・Must be a self starter/ highly motivated individual that can achieve objectives with minimal supervision. Must be Team Oriented.
・Must have solid communication skills both Oral and Written (Japanese and English)

This position is the lead person responsible for the service and operations of IT systems and solutions in Japan. This includes systems supporting to Manufacturing/Plant Floor, Commercial Applications, Enterprise Resource Planning, Line of Business and Product Development in the area such as (but not limited to) ERP EDI, LAN/WAN network infrastructure, telephone, PC.

The position manages internal resources and/or outsourced supplier / agency for delivery of these services and stabile operations in Japan.

8+ years experience in Information Technology with specific knowledge in IT Daily Operations and Systems Management
Experienced in Enterprise Systems management and support including:
