| 職務内容 |
Reports directly to Senior Management in Corporate Headquarter, and provides management consulting services exclusively to member companies. M-C is based in New York with offices in New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Tokyo. Projects are sourced globally, and typically engaged by executive management, and include:
* Strategic Planning,
* Project Management,
* Business Process Reengineering,
* M&A Due Diligence and Post-Acquisition Integration,
* Organizational Change Management,
* Global Sourcing / Procurement.
Consultants are expected to contribute immediately in all phases of an engagement, including initial client meetings, project management, project delivery, and implementation. Clients are located in North America, Latin American, Europe, and Asia, and approximately 30-50% travel should be anticipated. |
| 応募条件 |
* Fluent in Japanese and English.
* A minimum of 8 years of corporate experience (at least 2 of which are post-MBA)
* MBA from a top-tier institution
* Recent experience with project-type work
* Excellent writing, analytical and quantitative skills
* Strong case study skills (summary approach, evaluation, and resolution)
* Technical (e.g., accounting and engineering) or liberal arts undergraduate degrees
* Worked in larger, respected corporate organizations
* Previously functioned in a lead capacity on project-based work
* Are enthusiastic, assertive, and creative
