1) Manage the continued development of Contract Administration (CA) within the Office in Tokyo.
2) Manage the team for drafting of both English and Japanese language contracts across the business product and services base.
3) Provide continued support to China CA team and Asia-Pacific region (serviced from home office).
4) Communicate effectively, both internally and externally, including with the sales and sales support organization, customers, agents, etc.
5) Develop and maintain internal relationships with internal contract, compliance and legal team.
6) Oversee maintenance of appropriate contract documentation and database.
