◆PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
The position will lead the design, development, execution and tracking of 1-2-1 Marketing campaigns in support for the greater objectives of the marketing strategy and in integration with other channels/tools in the overall marketing mix
◆PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1) Work with brand teams to develop assigned brand 1-2-1 strategy. Understand the integrated communication strategy, position 1-2-1 in the overall marketing mix, develop a contact strategy, mechanics and creative/content in line with agreed objectives. Establish KPIs of success.
2) Work with brand teams, agencies and development vendors to develop the detail material, mechanics and required back-office support infrastructure in a timely and cost efficient manner.
3) Lead the execution and maintenance of the campaign. Ensure timely launch of campaigns and efficient operations for its functioning throughout its designated period.
4) Track results, learnings and improve. Collate, analyze and report established KPIs and learnings in order to decide necessary action plans to improve results.
5) Administration. Vendor service contracts, SLA, budgetary, PR/PO/GRN/Invoicing
◆MAJOR CHALLENGES:
・Ensure 1-2-1 Marketing strategic positioning for stakeholders, linking with brand's Vol / Som results, get the best out of resources from ideas, experience and knowledge, integration in marketing mix
・Develop brand communication and promotion that meets both consumers' needs/trends and fits to the venue environment and condition.
・Ensure the timely submission of all marketing deliverables to achieve brand program execution excellence.
・Provide information support and preparation for brand marketing strategies and reporting

◆Education:
College/University Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a discipline related to business administration, communication and solution development.
◆Experience:
5 years of professional experience in marketing and/or communications
