4. エレクトロニクス（Hardware）エンジニア
業務内容	・ Work as an interface between customer and Lear development team (Cebu, Philippines). Be the Lear representative for HW development in front of the customer. ・ Assure that our design is explained well and in depth to the customer. For that a good understanding of our design background, manufacturing process and “Lear culture” need to be obtained. ・ Assure that the customer specifications and requirements are well explained to the development team. A good understanding of the specifications, requirements and customer culture needs to be obtained. ・ Participate actively in the Lear internal and customer events related to the development of the hardware ・ Together with the development team and customer actively find ideas to improve the quality, cost or manufacturability of the HW. ・ Actively support the program manager to achieve the program goals for QCDD. ・ Follow up with product through the launch at the customer and work on any issues related to it together with the customer and Lear team.
求められるスキル・経験等	・ Qualifications at least 3 years in electronics hardware development ・ Prefer Auto Industry experience and Vehicle electronics development experience ・ Must be fluent in Japanese ・ Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English, willingness to improve ・ Good knowledge of HW design process ・ Good knowledge of HW components ・ Good knowledge of HW manufacturing process ・ Highly self-motivated ・ Flexibility to face automotive culture ・ Good communication and interpersonal skills ・ Experience in multi-cultural business environment is preferred ・ Ability to work independently in multi-cultural environment ・ Proficient in use of Computers and Outlook , Excel, Word , Power Point
