| 1.Account Manager (Sales) |
| 主な業務・職責の内容 |
1. Directly deal with customers and aim to accomplish sales objectives from the product service and key account relationships.
2. Based on the business strategies, to develop and enhance customer relationships for the key account. Business development to increase footprint in strategic account. Build and strengthen relationship with strategic account.
3. Provide specific and accurate information from the customers and enable to run the project smoothly and promptly.
4. Drive the winning strategy and manage all aspect of the bidding project
5. Work closely with pre- and post-sales teams to ensure superior end-to-end service throughout the entire supply chain.
6. Influence the regional product teams to provide the required service solutions and in-time deliverables to the strategic account
7. Understand customer’s requirement and enable to provide service solutions.

| 2.Project Manager (Engineering
Project Management) |
| 主な業務・職責の内容 |
1. To help service delivery manager or service bidding manager on project organisation and rollout plan in pre-sales stage.
2. To collect and clarify information from Marketing Product Manager and Order Manager, to identify and define the proper deliverables to customers.
3. To be responsible for the project implementation as a representative of the company and a coordinator between the company and client in the project implementation phase.
4. To be responsible for managing and executing contractual agreement between Huawei and Telecom customers and deliver high quality project to those customers.
5. To create Project Plan including Scope of Work, Schedule, Communication Plan, Quality Control Plan in conjunction with stakeholders representatives.
6. To prepare detailed organization structure and responsibility matrix, assign appropriate tasks and responsibilities to the team members, establish a project management system and training plan, carry out performance evaluation for each of the team members.
7. To forecast resource requirements for all aspects of project delivery, to be responsible for project team building and management.
8. To execute communication plan to all stakeholders.
9. To report project progress to all stakeholders and PMO.
10. To manage and organise the appropriate team to detect and handle problems in project, to escalate problems to the right persons.
11. To be responsible for customer satisfaction and overall employee satisfaction.
12. To obtain the Preliminary Acceptance Certificate (PAC) or Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC) in time, and help the AM collect contract payments on schedule.
13. To identify and initialise launch of up-sell opportunities and activities.
14. To work out post-project evaluation report, case-study after project closed out.

| 主な業務・職責の内容 |
1. Be responsible for develop technical relationship with customer(carriers and agents).

| 4.Advanced Public Relations Executive |
| 主な業務・職責の内容 |
Purposes
・ Report to Regional Marketing Communications Manager, manage and coordinate all PR and marketing events and campaigns, whilst building strong relationship with the different media in Eastern Asia Region (mainly Japan, and Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan)
・ Identify opportunities for special events in order to promote Company image working with the relevant teams and PR agency to ensure quality of works and effectiveness
Key Responsibilities
1. Public Relations
・ Must be well-known media landscape in the region and assist the execution of public relations strategies and arrange PR activities including media interviews for spokesperson/senior executives, media tour to company headquarters, press conference, press release and press clippings to build close media relations with journalists in the region for raising brand awareness and deepening brand understanding
・ Liaise and communicate with PR agency and relevant product departments internally throughout on an project ongoing basis to ensure project success
・ Analyze and evaluate the results for all PR and marketing activities, prepare reports as required
2. Event Management
・ Manage and co-ordinate marketing events - exhibitions(e.g. Wireless Japan Expo Comm, Interop, Mobile Asia Congress, 3G World Congress, etc.), seminars, customer dinners, etc. and advertising of working closely with relevant product teams across the company to deliver events in line with the principles’ brand image
・ Develop and prepare proposals and presentations with clear scope and objectives within the approved framework and within authorized budget and in accordance to company policy and procedures
・ Provide relevant departments with a project brief and communicate clearly involvement and commitment required to ensure project success
3. Corporate Communications
・ Manage regional website, marketing materials, press kit, media database, media monitoring and follow corporate key messages to control the information flow to the target audience externally and internally

Qualification Requirements
・ University graduate with major in Communications, Marketing, Communication, Languages or Business related field
・ 0-2 years' relevant working experience (experience in a professional services firm is an advantage)

・Knowledge of graphical and design softwares (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) is an advantage

| 6.Expert (Legal Affairs)-(Legal Manager) |
| 主な業務・職責の内容 |
General Description of Duties and Responsibilities
・ Providing diversified legal services and supports to Japan subsidiary operational platforms usually, where necessary, cross-boarder business to travel in other country in East-Asia Pacific temporarily will be required.
・ Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements and other legal documents
・ Providing legal advice for the operation of the company and controlling the relevant legal risks
・ Participating in contract negotiations
・ Handling with legal affaires in complicated sales projects with finance supports
・ Resolving industrial dispute and lawsuit and international arbitration
・ Legal research and providing legal training for the Company’s other departments
・ Coordinating with external counsel and liaising with customers in the preparation, negotiation and completion of all legal documentation with respect to all legal practice areas such as telecom law, IP law, IT law, contract law, commercial law, company law, competitive law, criminal law, employment law, immigration law, Incoterms2000 and relevant laws etc.

・Be familiar with finance facilities especially trading finance projects
