・3-5 years of relevant maintenance experience of commercial facilities or food ＆ beverage / retail stores, either with a retail company, or a facility management company with retail clients.
・In-depth knowledge of buildings, interior and facilities using technical drawings, enabling technical communication with outside developers and vendors.
・In-depth knowledge of facilities and equipments, such as air-conditioning, refrigeration cases, etc.
・Schedule and budget management abilities, in efficiently handling multiple tasks while considering overall balance.
・Negotiation skills and problem resolution skills, in communicating with internal/external members.
・Strong sense of urgency, self-motivation and advance-oriented spirit.
・High-energy, results-oriented team player, with desire to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented operating environment
・Strong desire to learn and study, both voluntarily and from others.
・Basic knowledge of PC applications used in architectural firms/businesses.
・Intermediate business English preferable, native fluency in Japanese.
