| 職務内容 |
The successful candidate will be responsible for financial analysis and management in various areas. The roles and responsibilities include financial planning, analysis, and controls for revenue and profit, operating expenses, key balance sheet items such as account receivable, inventory, investment analysis, due diligence, etc.. The role is very broad to support key executives including ***** Japan CEO, Sales Leaders, WW/AP HQ function, etc. and other functional team from financial aspects as the strongest finance leader under ***** Japan CFO.
Responsibilities:
・ Financial plans for PandL items such as revenue, cost, gross margin, operating expense, profit.
・ Financial plans for key balance sheet items such as account receivable, capital asset, and inventory
・ Execute variance analysis and prepare recommendations to executives and functional team
・ Control expense, headcount, inventory, DSO, pricing, gross margin, etc. to optimize the revenue and profits.
・ Investment analysis using long term finance evaluation methods such as NPV, IRR, payback period, etc., and perform due diligence.
・ Review accounting and treasury outputs to support CFO
・ Make sure sound control process in place in every business process
Key Interactions with:
・ Japan CEO / CFO
・ Japan executives
・ Functional team such as sales, marketing, supply chains, .etc.
・ AP management
・ WW management

| 応募条件 |
Experience:
・ At least 10 years of experiences in working in finance roles including management accounting, financial accounting, and internal controls.
・ Experiences working with global environment, global team, and/or ,mixed cultures
・ Experiences as CFO, Controller, or Finance manager are prefereble
・ Education graduate from university or higher. Candidate with CPA / MBA is preferable
Skills Required:
This role is suited to a highly professional individual that can function effectively working with the team and executives using strong financial skills and disciplines. The financial skills include financial planning for PandL and balance sheets, financial analysis from the actual trend and/or variances from the plans, effective controls for the expenditure, DSO, inventory, price, etc, to optimize the financial returns, long term financial analysis using cash flow, NPV, IRR, etc., deep understandings and good experiences in financial accounting and internal control implementations. The ability to work and think independently based on the fact basis will be essential to add the most value through providing, and consistently being challenged. Being results driven, be willing to make decisions despite high levels of ambiguity and yet also remain flexible characterize effectiveness.

・ Ability to summarize effectively and provide clear, crisp written and spoken communications
・ Fluent in English oral and written
Technical Skills:
・ MS Office suite, particularly Excel, and PowerPoint
