■具体的な仕事内容
クライアントの年間保守契約のコスト、質、スケジュールの管理・調整役を担います。領域としては、プリセールスから保守運用、顧客の要望に合わせたネットワークの構築や拡張等、さまざまなサービスの提供までの範囲をカバーいただきます。
保守契約作業実施プラニング：作業量、リソース、スケジュール、予算の見積もり、管理体制、顧客への進捗報告フローの構築、ドキュメンテーションの作成を行います。
社内関連部門とのスケジュール調整・進捗管理、社内外への定期的な報告、状況に応じた軌道修正、最適化を行い、顧客満足度の獲得を目指します。
緊急障害対応の統制管理、社内マネージメントへの報告及び情報共有を行います。
他ベンダ、協力会社との協働体制構築及び維持発展を目指します。

3年から5年程度の顧客向けプロジェクトのマネージメント経験
流暢な日本語とビジネスレベルの英語力
高い交渉力、タフさを持ち、自ら学び、どのような環境でもパフォーマンスを発揮できる方
高いリーダーシップと調整力を有し、トラブル・クレーム対応等も含め、顧客折衝力に長けた方ビジネスマインドを持って、効率化・高収益化に向けて取り組める方

As a marketing owner for *** Server business in Public & Large Enterprise, this position is aiming to achieve quarterly target revenue, unit and margin for PLE through solid marketing strategy and execution.
- Grow business by driving marketing 4P, closely working with other functions like solution brand managers, Marcom/Event, Online, CRM and NGCS Domain Sales.
- Improve *** Enterprise & NGCS brand equity by establishing competitive advantage and understanding customer needs.
- Plan and manage strategic product portfolio by providing relevant, timely feedback of market needs to product marketing team.
- Plan and execute marketing programs for targeted customers and engage with sales team.
- Drive web based demand by planning and executing online merchandizing and campaign, closely working with online/SNS managers.
- Involved, manage, lead in QBR with management internally and with partners (Intel and Microsoft).
- Report to Marketing Director. Timely update business situation and propose short-/midterm actions to Solution Systems Group and APJ NGCS Group.

Preferred Background
- Require at least 5years of enterprise marketing experience.
- Prefer 5 years of IT industry experience, and minimum 2-3 year in enterprise or solution marketing..
- Welcome marketing experience in strategy consulting
- Require Bachelor, MBA preferred.

Premier Field Engineering（PFE)のマネージャー
＜Responsibilities＞
PFEのチームを統率し、Premier及びサービスの売り上げに貢献します。PFEの他のマネージャ及び関係部署のマネージャと協力してPremierの契約に基ずくサービスの提供を行います。このサービス提供により、顧客満足度を上げ、Premierビジネスの拡大に貢献し、自社の技術をベースにした技術的ソリューションのIT Marketへの浸透を図ります。

（１）過去に企業システム構築、ソフトウエア・ハードウエア製品などの開発経験があること。
（２）製品開発・研究、システムエンジニアリング、セールスエンジニアリング、サポートエンジニアリング及びコンサルティングの経験のいずれかまたは、それぞれを足して合計8年以上。
（３）チームの技術リーダー経験が2年以上ある方。
（４）英語を使った国際的なコミュニケーションの経験がある方。
（５）十分に顧客に対応できる日本語によるコミュニケーションができる方。
