- ・Collect and analyze the data and information by collaborating with the Head of each function (Brand Communication, Marketing, Sales, Product, Finance, and HR) and subsidiaries (ex: North & Latin America, EMEA, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, India, Oceania, Japan, etc...) to develop business strategy.
・Track luxury fashion industry, 3C (Customer, Company, Competitors) market trends, financial KPI and perform scenario analysis to examine the current strategic performance, spot emerging market opportunities, identify business threats, organize and select each subsidiary’s distributors, look for strategic solutions, and develop action plans.
・Support business strategy manager to direct, guide and ensure the global business strategies are implemented in each subsidiary.
・Take initiatives and lead the data discovery phase for each analytic project as a global and cross-functional project leader.
- ・FMCG industry , Fashion industry preferred
・Has interest in global market trends (fashion preferred)
・Solid logical strategic mind and data analytics skill
・Well organized with an ability to multitask efficiently
・Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
・Has negotiation experience overbroad or with English speakers is welcome
・Knowledge in Profit & Loss Statement preferred
・Business level of writing and verbal skills in both English and Japanese is mandatory
